Details of places listed against Ali Amin Gandapur revealed

Peshawar: ARY News has obtained details of the cases registered against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the capital Islamabad and Punjab province.

Around 65 cases have been registered against Ali Amin Gandapur, out of which 32 are registered in Islamabad and 33 in Punjab. The cases include provisions of terrorism, attempted murder and activities against the state.

According to the document, 4 cases have been registered in Faisalabad, 3 in Attock and one in Gujranwala, cases have been registered in 15 police stations of Islamabad, 16 cases have been registered in 11 police stations of Rawalpindi.

There are 2 cases registered in Rawalpindi against Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi, Ali Amin Gandapur and others against the November 24 protest, Aleema Khan, Omar Ayub, Hammad Azhar, Asad Qaiser and Arif Alvi are also named among the seventy-five accused.

On December 7, the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) issued non-bailable arrest warrants for 25 accused including Ali Amin Gandapur in the GHQ attack case.

ATC Rawalpindi Judge Amjad Ali Shah also issued arrest warrants for Shibli Faraz, Shehryar Afridi, Zain Qureshi, Kanwal Shozab, Tahir Sadiq and Taimur Masood Malik.

During the hearing of the case, the court issued arrest warrants to the CPO Rawalpindi and directed them to arrest and produce them on December 10.

Meanwhile, in the Jinnah House attack case, the Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore issued arrest warrants for 11 accused including Alia Hamza and Tayyaba Raja for not appearing for the jail trial.

ATC Lahore had issued an order to arrest and produce the accused on December 19.
